What happens if I contact ADAPT?

If you are looking for help for yourself or another person, we will arrange for you to talk with an ADAPT Support Worker who is skilled and knowledgeable helper. He or she can help you assess your needs and choices and find the right helping services.

A Support Worker can keep in touch with you during your journey towards recovery, checking with you that you have the right kind of help at the right time.
