Drinks diary

A drinks diary is a useful way of working out how much you are drinking and with whom and when. Getting a clear picture. It works by counting units of alcohol. They measure they approximate amount of alcohol found in drinks. By using units you can figure out how much alcohol you drank, even if you had several different drinks.
